Flat Floor Installation – No Pits

The CAPRI machine is an extremely versatile cabinet style machine for the blasting of components that are either directly hung onto an overhead trolley mounted hanger or positioned in a suitable fixture suspended by the overhead hanger. Single or multiple work pieces with overall dimensions not exceeding the specifications can be blasted in batch operations. The Y track trolley mounted hangers allow the unloading and reloading of the first trolley whilst the blasting is performed on a second one.

The blast wheels are mounted to the side of the blast cabinet and during the blasting operation, the hanger is rotated in front of the blast wheels, ensuring that all works surfaces are exposed to the blast stream. This machine is designed to allow for installation on a flat floor, not requiring any pits or pockets.

The OMSG shot blast machines include an integral abrasive recovery and cleaning system. After passing through the blast wheel, the abrasive is collected, separated from the resulting dust and other contaminants, and then stored in a hopper, ready for reuse. Collected contaminants are stored in a separate hopper for periodic disposal.

The machines utilise replaceable highly manganese wear resistant materials in critical locations. The machines control system is attached and pre-wired. The machines dust exhaust ports are pre-piped to a central collection point, ready to be connected to the external dust collector.
