Dawson 2 Stage Heavy Duty Industrial Gas fired wash and dry plant with large fluid storage, oil skimmer and chain drag out facility and a powered return conveyor track.
Wash and dry section 6mtr long
Wash section with 360° spray pattern from a high pressure 15kW pump with in-line fine filter unit. Chamber is readily converted to accept components or basket up to 600w x 600mm high. Solid heavy duty chain conveyor with 100mm spacing of bars.
Dryer section with indirect gas fired modulating burner and positional return jets.
Storage-drag out filter unit with gas fired tube heater and separate oil skimmer unit
overall size 6.2 x 1.66 x .8mtrs high and skimmer is 1.3 x 1 x 1mtr high.
Comprehensive control panel with auto/manual capability, independant gas burner controls with digital displays and castle key safety interlock system.
