For the removal of HF fumes from process and extracting to atmosphere within environmental constraints, by means of 3 x packed chemical wash zones to eliminate process contamination before discharging to atmosphere. Overall size main body 3150 x 3700 mm, Top scrubber 2000 x 3650mm, scrubber overall approx height 9 meters.
